Your Initial Flight Plan

A complimentary 60-minute working session for American Airlines pilots.

Before any pilot takes off, there's a flight plan. It defines where you're going, what route you're taking, and what to expect along the way.

Your Initial Flight Plan does the same thing for your finances.

In one focused session, we look at where you are in your career, where you want to go, and what your Financial Operating Manual would actually look like for your specific situation. You leave with real clarity — not a sales pitch..

Who This Is For

This session is designed for American Airlines pilots who:

  • Have a specific financial question they want answered by someone who actually understands AA pay, benefits, and career structure

  • Are wondering whether their current financial approach is working — or just hoping it is

  • Want to understand what a structured, FOM-based financial plan would look like for their situation

  • Are ready to have an honest conversation about where they are and where they want to be

If you're looking for generic financial advice, there are plenty of generalists who can provide it. This session is specifically for AA pilots who want advice built around their career.

What Happens in Your Initial Flight Plan

We cover three things in 60 minutes:

1. Your most pressing financial question — answered directly.

Bring your real question. Not a polished version of it — the one you've actually been thinking about.

  • Should I be doing a Backdoor Roth IRA?

  • Can I retire before 65 — or even 60?

  • Am I optimizing my 401(k) the right way?

  • What should I do with this inherited money?

  • Does it make sense to pay off my mortgage?

Whatever it is, we answer it directly. No deflection. No "it depends" without an explanation.

2. Two or three things in your situation worth paying attention to.

Based on what you share, we identify the opportunities or risks specific to your career stage that most pilots at your level either don't know about or haven't acted on yet.

3. An honest picture of what working together would look like.

If a full Financial Operating Manual makes sense for your situation, we'll tell you what that looks like, what it costs, and what you'd get. If it doesn't make sense right now, we'll tell you that too.

No obligation. No pressure. No follow-up calls, you didn't ask for.

This session is complimentary.

There is no charge for your Initial Flight Plan. If we both decide working together makes sense, we'll talk through next steps at the end of the session. If not, you leave with real answers and a clearer picture of your financial situation than you came in with.

Either way, the session is worth your time.
